East Bay Goodwill

The Goodwill Academy is a state-registered provider of post-secondary vocational education and focuses on helping those with very little work experience. The program focuses on four major areas: work skills, career development, life skills, and support services. We provide hands-on work skills training at our 25 stores and three plants, which enables participants to receive a paycheck while attending our program. While attending this training, participants attend Goodwill Academy classes and receive individualized job and career services.
