Community Service Programs
Goodwill’s Community Service Programs offer job training and placement services to those facing the very daunting challenge of transitioning from public assistance. County services refer participants to our program, and we work with the individuals to develop career plans, find suitable job training sites at local nonprofit organizations, and support both the participants and the job sites during this training. Once the participants have developed strong job skills, they are eligible for Goodwill placement services in competitive jobs in their communities.
